本文提出了一种结合甲醇化学回热循环与低温多效蒸馏海水淡化系统的新型联产系统。该系统利用化学回热循环的余热驱动海水淡化子系统,同时海水淡化生产出的淡水部分供化学回热循环所需,实现了系统水电化工联产。文中对该循环进行了热力性能研究,当注汽率为0.04、透平进气温度为1308℃的基本工况下,循环电水比为543 kJ/kg、效率为46.2%;相对同输出分产系统,节能率达到19.3%;参数敏感性分析表明注汽率对循环的影响较为显著。
A novel cogeneration system integrating a methanol chemically recuperated gas turbine (CRGT) with the low temperature multi-effect thermal vapor compression desalination system (MED-TVC) is given.The turbine exhaust heat is recuperated to drive the MED-TVC,and the MED-TVC provides the reforming-needed steam for CRGT cycle.The thermal performances of the dual-purpose cogeneration system were analyzed.In the designed case,with the turbine inlet temperature of 1308℃and the steam-to-air mass ratio x being 0.04,the system power-to-water ratio and exergy efficiency are 543 kJ/kg and 46.2%,respectively.Compared with the separate generation systems with the same outputs,the cogeneration system achieves energy-saving rate of 19.3%.The parametric sensitivity analysis was also conducted,and the x was found to be an important influential factor.
