Based on the symmetry of conic curve, this paper introduced two OWA operator weighting methods based on conic curve and some of its good properties, so as to accurately grasp the weight of decision-making data. Finally, the two methods were applied in the quality evaluation of library collection, and their validity and feasibility were proven through examples.
