针对石油钻井的井下多参数测量与数据传输问题,设计了一种石油钻井井下短距离传输系统。该系统在近钻头放置采集模块测量井下多种参数,采用串口通信方式传输给主控中心,主控中心通过串口将采集数据经过随钻测量(Measurement While Drilling,MWD)系统传送至地面。实验结果表明,该系统采集速率快、稳定性好,各路参数的平均绝对偏差小于0.04。
Aiming at the problem of downhole multi-parameter measurement and data transmission in oil drilling,a short distance transmission system is designed for oil drilling. The system is used to measure a variety of parameters downhole by placing a collection module near the drill bit,using serial communication to connect the main control center,which collects data to the ground through the measurement while drilling( MWD) system through the serial port. The experimental results show that the system is fast and stable,and the average absolute deviation of each parameter is less than 0. 04.
