对于高速铁路车辆的振动试验,为克服传统傅里叶分析方法不具备时域信息的不足,引入分析非平稳数据的时频分析方法。针对轴箱和车体的垂向振动信号数据,分别采用传统的快速傅里叶变换(FFT)、短时傅里叶变换(STFT)、小波变换(WT)和希尔伯特黄变换(HHT)进行数据分析处理,并对比各种分析方法的优缺点。对比发现,HHT方法是应用于车辆振动信号处理中的最佳时频分析方法。
In the vibration test of high-speed railway vehicles,time-frequency analysis method of non-stationary data was introduced to overcome the disadvantage of the traditional Fourier analysis method,i.e.,it has no time domain information.For the vertical vibration signal data of the axle box and the car body,traditional fast Fourier transform(FFT),short-time Fourier transform(STFT),wavelet transform(WT) and Hilbert transform(HHT) were used to process the data respectively,and their advantages and disadvantages for data analyses were analyzed and compared.HHT is the best method to be applied to vehicle vibration signal processing.
