分析现有大灯尺寸配合的现状,从缩短尺寸链的角度提出针对大灯定位结构进行设计优化。重点研究三个问题:(1)现有尺寸链模型分析;(2)关键因素的识别及其工艺结构的改进;(3)从理论计算和实践两方面进行验证。基于自适应偏差补偿思想使用工装夹具进行装配工艺优化。并解决由此带来的刚性零件的过定位约束力释放的问题。用实车测量数据的对比形式验证该方法。
Analyze current headlamp dimension fitting issues. Introduce optimizing method aiming headlamp location structure by reducing dimension chain. Study focuses on: (1) current dimension model analysis; (2) key enablers identification and improvement of process and structure;(3) validation from both theoretical and physical aspects. Use manual fixture to optimize assembly process based on Self- Adaptive Deviation Compensation theory. And resolve the issue caused by over-constraining stiffness part. To validate the method by data measurement comparison.
