采用有限元软件DEFORM对大型Cr5支承辊锻件在热处理过程中的组织转变和残余应力进行了模拟分析,结果表明在热处理结束后锻件内部存在着较大的残余应力,沿锻件的径向残余应力的应力幅值和应力方向发生了剧烈的变化。在己知锻件残余应力的基础上,根据应力条件下氢扩散的上坡效应,研究了锻件内不同位置和不同形态微孔隙周围的氢聚集现象,分析结果证明了热处理残余应力对白点萌生的重要影响,为进一步研究大锻件内部白点的萌生扩展机理提供了基础。
The microstructure transformation and the residual stress of Cr5 bearing roller heavy forgings in heat treatment is analyzed using finite element software DEFORM. The results show that the residual stress is extremely high after heat treatment, and stress's magnitude and direction are changed largely along forgings' radial direction. The hydrogen aggregation around micropores under heat treatment residual stress with different locations and forms are studied according to the hydrogen diffusion uphill effect. The analysis results show that the residual stress has a important influence on flake's initiation, and provide a foundation for further study of flake's initiation and propagation mechanism in heavy forgings.
