通过分析再生冷却通道的换热特性及其影响因素,基于材料许用温度限制,提出了一种再生冷却面板的温度控制热设计方法.通过设计冷却面板的通道结构,改变通道的传热性能,使冷却面板内不同位置的通道具有不同的冷却能力.采用有限体积法结合蒙特卡罗法及对流换热实验关联式,数值模拟了温度控制热设计方法下再生冷却面板的冷却作用,结果显示该方法在适应非均匀热流密度分布的同时满足结构材料的许用温度限制,保证了结构的热可靠性.
By analyzing characteristics and influential factors of heat transfer in regenerative cooling channel, a thermal design method of cooling panel based on restriction of operating temperature of materials was presented. In this design method, the structure of each channel was separately designed in the cooling panel, so that heat transfer characteristic of cooling channel could change with varying channel positions. By combining finite volume method, empirical relations of heat convection and Monte Carlo method, the cooling effect of regenerative cooling panel was investigated. The results show that the cooling panel can be geared for non uniform heat flux distribution and operating temperature restriction of struc ture material. This design method can also ensure thermal reliability of structure.
