回顾国内外海洋卫星遥感技术的发展历程,欧美等国的卫星海洋遥感技术起步较早,目前的技术也较为成熟。总结我国海洋卫星的发展现状,我国已发射3颗自主海洋遥感卫星,HY-1A、HY-1B和HY-2A,HY-2A卫星数据达到了定量化和精细化,和国外同类卫星的测量精度相当。基于国内外卫星海洋遥感技术发展趋势,给出了我国海洋卫星发展规划及自主卫星海洋遥感技术发展方向。

In review of the development path of satellite ocean remote sensing technologies at home and overseas,research on the technology started earlier in Europe and North America than in China, and the technology has now become mature. Considering the development of China＇s oceanic satellites, China has launched 3 oceanic remote sensing satellites： HY-1A, HY-1B and HY-2A. The remote sensing data of the HY-2A satellite have realized qualification and refinement, with its measurement accuracy equivalent to similar satellites developed by developed countries. Based on the development trend of satellite ocean remote sensing technologies in China and overseas, this paper puts forward the development planning for oceanic satellites and the development orientation of satellite remote sensing technology with independent IPR in China.
