为了优化居民用电侧管理和电力系统总的发电容量,构建基于智能电网调度支持的居民用电侧自动需求响应系统。该方法以先进的智能电网技术为依托,依靠智能电网调度支持平台构建需求响应系统框架,采用价格需求响应方式和激励需求响应方式,实现尖峰电价、尖峰折扣、分时电价、实时电价的控制和市场激励、计划激励。其应用分布式在线学习算法能在用户满意度较低的条件下,降低用电成本,提高用电效益。通过综合分析可知,基于智能电网调度支持的居民用电侧自动需求响应系统可较好地优化发电容量并满足居民用电侧用电需求。
In order to optimize the management of the residential electricity consumption and total generating capacity ofthe electrical power system,a automatic demand response system supported by smart power grid scheduling for the residentialelectricity consumption was constructed.Relying on the advanced smart power grid technology and smart power grid dispatchingsupport platform,the demand response system framework was constructed.The price demand response mode and incentive de-mand response mode are used to control the peak electricity price,peak electricity price discount,time-of-use electricity priceand real-time electricity price,and realize the market incentive and plan incentive.The distributed online learning algorithm isused to reduce the electricity cost and improve the electricity efficiency in the situation of low user′s satisfaction.The comprehen-sive analysis results show that the automatic demand response system supported the smart power grid scheduling for the residen-tial electricity consumption can optimize the generating capacity better,and satisfy the demand of the residential electricity con-sumption.
