从人力资本理论、筛选假设理论和劳动力市场分割理论的角度看,高等教育影响社会流动的作用机制在于个体通过接受高等教育,获得更高的经济地位和职业地位,从社会低层跻身于中上阶层。与高等教育精英阶段相比,当前我国高等教育的社会流动功能呈现弱化趋势,主要原因是高等教育机会不均等、大学毕业生供过于求和大学毕业生就业不公平。因此,消除高等教育社会流动功能弱化现象的有效对策在于实现高等教育机会均等、大学毕业生供求均衡和就业公平。
From the perspective of Human Capital theory, Screening Hypothesis theory and Labor Market Segmentation theory, the mechanism of higher education in influencingsocial mobility is that individuals obtainhigher economic and occupa- tional statusby receiving higher education and change their social classes from the lower to the upper. Compared with the elite stage of higher education, the current social mobility of the higher education has been weakened. There are three main rea- sons, including the unequal opportunity in higher education, the over-supply and the unfair employment of graduates. There- fore, in order to eliminate this phenomenon, we need to achieve the equal opportunity in higher education, keep the balance between supply and demand of graduates, and ensure the fair employment of graduates.
