运用2002—2012年甘肃省统计数据，在分析城镇失业率、单位GDP能耗、恩格尔系数、人均GDP、第三产业增加值、人均住房面积等指标与经济增长的相关关系基础上，对甘肃省经济增长与小康社会建设主要指标的互动作用进行了分析，得出基本结论：甘肃省小康社会建设的主要指标对经济增长的推动作用不强，经济增长带动小康社会建设主要指标的提升作用明显。
英文摘要：
This paper analyzed the relationship between economic growth and the indexes of the well - off society construction on the basis of the statistical data in Gansu Province from 2002 to 2012, including the urban unemployment rate, energy consumption per unit GDP, Engle coefficient, GDP per capital, added value of tertiary industry, per capital living space. The results showed that the economic growth had more influence on the main indexes of well- off society construction while the driving effect of those main indexes on economic growth was not strong.
