目的为科学合理实施南水北调中线工程,对其水源保护生态补偿量进行分析。方法以实地调查资料为基础,以典型样区分析为依据,以定量计算为主、定性分析为辅助手段。结果主要从水土保持措施和水污染控制两个方面分析计算出水源区的水量与水质,并得到水源保护生态补偿量,并作为南水北调中线水源区水土保持生态补偿量的计算公式。结论生态补偿量与水土保持工程成本、间接补偿、水处理成本和运行管理费用成正比关系,而与总取水量成反比关系。
Aim To analyse ecological compension of water district for scientific implementation of diversion. Methods Using on-the-spot investigation as a foundation,the typical area analysis as the basis, by quantitative evaluation primarily, and taking the qualitative analysis as the supplementary means. Results Mainly from two as- pects such as soil and water conservation measures and water pollution control to analysis and calculate the water quantity and quality in water district. So get the amount of ecological compensation for water conservation, and as the formula for calculating the amount of compensation in South-North water conservation district. Conclusion Eco-compensation is proportional to the Soil and water conservation project cost, and indirect compensation, water treatment costs and costs of operation and management, but is inversely proportional to the total quantity of water.
