为了对比高聚物防渗墙和混凝土防渗墙在静力荷载下的受力特性,以非水反应类聚氨酯高聚物防渗墙和混凝土防渗墙为实例,开展了2种防渗墙在静力荷载下的试验研究。同时利用ABAQUS有限元软件对静力荷载下防渗墙的受力特性进行数值模拟。结果表明:数值计算结果与试验数据吻合较好,高聚物防渗墙在相同的静力荷载作用下应力值远小于混凝土防渗墙,且高聚物防渗墙与土体变形协调能力较好,不易发生破坏。
In order to compare the mechanical characteristics of polymer and concrete diaphragm wall under static loads,experimental study was conducted with non water reaction type polyurethane polymers and concrete diaphragm wall as examples,then finite element software ABAQUS was used to achieve numerical simulation for mechanical characteristics of diaphragm walls.The results show that the numerical calculation results agree well with the test data.The stress of polymer diaphragm wall is smaller than concrete diaphragm wall under the same static load.Polymer diaphragm wall coordinates well with the deformation capacity of soil,and is difficult to be damaged.
