通过双螺杆挤出机熔融混合制备聚乳酸/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,研究了纳米复合材料力学性能、流变性能和结晶性能。XRD和TEM测试结果表明:蒙脱土以插层结构分散在复合材料中。对于不同的蒙脱土含量,材料性能测试表明:2%蒙脱土所对应的纳米复合材料的力学性能和流变性能最好。文中选取了蒙脱土质量分数为2%的复合材料以超临界二氧化碳为发泡剂进行微孔发泡,泡孔形态分析表明:蒙脱土在发泡过程中起成核剂的作用,增加了PLA发泡材料的泡孔密度,减小泡孔尺寸。
Nanocomposite of polylactide(PLA) with organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT) were compounded in a twin-screw extruder. The mechanical properties, theological properties and crystallization properties of nanocomposite were investigated. The results of X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the dispersion morphology of OMMT was intercalated structure. For the different OMMT content, content obtained the best mechanical property and theological property. The nanocomposite with 2 % OMMT was microcellular foamed by using the supercritical CO2 as foaming agent. The mierostructure images of microcellular foamed PLA/OMMT showed that the OMMT acted was nucleating agent,which increased the cell density and reduced the cell size.
