以Nb2O5为KNbO3/NaNbO3铌源,采用了水热合成法在Ti基片上制备了碱金属铌酸盐铁电。采用XRD衍射仪测试手段分析了前驱物碱浓度对碱金属铌酸盐的影响。并初步探讨了KNbO3的水热合成机理。
The alkali niobate ferroelectric film was prepared on Ti substrate by the means of hydrothermal method using Nb2O5 as the niobium source of the KNbO3/NaNbO3 thin film. The effect of precursor alkali concentration on alkali niobate ferroelectric film was analyzed by XRD. And we had studied the hydrothermal mechanism of KNbO3 film preliminarily.
