回顾了环氧沥青材料固化特征的研究进展,论述了基于非等温差式扫描量热法(DSC)的固化反应热分析动力学研究现状,讨论了环氧沥青固化特征研究中存在的问题并展望了其研究方向。研究表明,傅里叶红外变换吸收光谱法(FT-IR)和非等温DSC法可以有效地研究环氧沥青的固化特征,为环氧沥青热分析动力学的研究提供了重要途径,但这两种方法具有不同的作用机理与研究内容。热分析动力学的方法为全面分析环氧沥青固化机理与宏观力学性能的关系提供了新的思路。
The review of the curing characteristics of epoxy asphalt is presented. The research status of thermal kinetics based on non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique are discussed. Some problems and the developing trends in the study of curing mechanism on epoxy asphalt are discussed. A great number of researches show that the technology of fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and DSC can discriminate the curing mechanism of epoxy asphalt effectively, while they have different acting mechanism and research contents. The technique of DSC provides an important method to study the thermal kinetics of epoxy asphalt. The method of thermal kinetics provides a new way to study the relationship between the curing mechanism and the macro-mechanical properties of epoxy asphalt.
