实验研究了初始水温、过热度及水位高度对方腔内池水闪蒸瞬态过程的影响,利用可视化方法观察了闪蒸现象变化特点。实验条件为:水位高度40 mm、60 mm、100 mm、150 mm,初始水温50~88℃,过热度3~35℃。实验结果表明:初始水温一定,过热度越大,水温变化越快,闪蒸现象越剧烈;过热度一定,初始水温变化对水温随时间的变化影响不大;水位高度增加液体温度下降速度减缓,闪蒸结束后液体温度越高。根据对实验数据的分析,拟合得出了瞬态闪蒸过程的特性关联式。
