为了进一步完善齿轮被动减振技术,总结了齿轮被动减振技术的研究现状,深入研究摩擦耗能器(阻尼环、阻尼塞)和粘弹性耗能器(自由阻尼层、约束阻尼层)的减振特性,指出目前齿轮被动减振技术存在的局限性。通过实例证明压电分流阻尼技术应用于齿轮被动减振的可行性和正确性,系统研究了粘弹性阻尼和压电分流阻尼的减振特性,分析各自的优势和局限性,提出一种全新的齿轮被动减振方法-压电-粘弹性材料杂交阻尼减振技术,形成优势互补,为齿轮被动减振技术提出了一个新的研究方向。
For the improvement of passive vibration damping technology of gear,the paper review the present situation, and studies on the characteristic of reducing vibration of the frictional damper and viscoplastic damper,and point out their limitation. The feasibility and validity of piezoelectric shunt damping is guaranteed through a experimentation. The trait of piezoelectric shunt damping and viscoplastic damping is studied intensively. And a new hybrid damping,piezoelectric-viscoplastic material damping,is proposed,which is effective in supressing vibration of gear. The hybrid damping extracting the advantages of piezoelectric shunt damping and viscoplastic damping,provides a new research oriantation of the passive vibration damping in gear.
