As the present project management of social digital culture under the information environment fails to satisfy social demands,promote the urban and rural integration and boost its long-term development,the authors conduct research on the management process reengineering of social digital culture project with BPR theory based on information ecology chain, pointing out that the basic principles of reengineering is to promote long-term development, adopt user＇s requirements and achieve integrated development. By changing process center, simplifying business processes, improving connection and strengthening performance evaluation,the efficiency and sustainable development of social digital culture project would be enhanced.
