首先对操作机机械结构进行子结构系统化分,然后用有限元法对各子系统和主要零部件进行模态计算,对各子系统和主要零部件的前五阶固有频率(或低于400Hz)进行模态匹配分析,结果表明,所完成的操作机机械结构系统具有较好的模态匹配特性。
We make sub-structures divided for the mechanism structure.Modal calculations for many key sub-structures and some important components are finished with the finite method.Modal alignment matching analyses are achieved for the first 5 order natural frequencies of all sub-structures and some important components(it may under 400Hz),the result tells us that what we have done has a good modal alignment matching characteristic.
