The expression of p90rsk-1 was detected by western blotting during in vitro maturation of ovine oocytes.The expression was measured at 0h,8h,16h and 24h of maturation,respectively,and the data were analyzed.The results showed that the p90rsk-1 protein of ovine oocytes was expressed during the whole maturation period.The expression level of p90rsk-1 at 16h of maturation is significantly higher than that of the others.It was suggested that Rsk play somewhat a role in vitro maturation of ovine oocytes.
