对金沙江水生捕食线虫真菌资源进行调查,并比较分析其分布规律。方法:2015年4月从金沙江上段33个地点采集沉水腐木样品共570份,保湿培养后进行分离、纯化、鉴定和保存。结果:共分离到132株菌株,鉴定为4属19种。Arthrobotrys longiphora、Arthrobotrys javanica和Dactylellina ellipsospora为优势种,检出率分别为6.84%,3.86%和3.33%。结论:金沙江水生捕食线虫真菌资源较为丰富,Arthrobotrys属的出现频率最高。
Objective: To investigate resources of aquatic nematophagous fungi from Jinsha River and analysis its regularities of distribution. Methods : 570 samples were collected from 33 sites on the upstream of Jinsha River in April 2015, using the moisturizing incubation method to incubate the freshwater nemato- phagous fungi, and identified them under the morphological characters. Results: 132 strains were isolated from this study, 4 genera 19 species of freshwater nematophagous fungi were found. Arthrobotrys longiphora, Arthrobotrys javanica and Dactylellina ellipsospora are dominant species, with respectively detection rate: 6.84%, 3.86% and 3.33% Conclusion: The resources of aquatic nematophagous fungi in Jinsha River are abundant, Among the genera found in this area, Arthrobotrys appears with highest frequency.
