依据聚合物加工工业向绿色节能降耗、废旧可回收利用以及资源的可再生利用等方向的发展,创造性地提出了体积拉伸形变支配作用下的塑化加工新技术与新方法,分析讨论了实现体积拉伸形变加工成型方法的叶片塑化输运的机理、结构以及塑化输运的整个过程,从多相多组份复合材料、聚合物/生物质复合材料、聚合物/无机纳米粒子复合材料等物料体系着重讨论了体积拉伸形变加工成型方法的特点与优势,研究结果表明:相对于传统的塑化加工方法,体积拉伸形变加工成型方法具有物料适应性强、热机械历程短、分散混炼效果好以及制品性能优异等特点。
According to the great demand of reducing processing energy consumption, recycling of waste polymers and using of renewable resources in polymer industry, we have innovatively presented and studied the polymer new processing method and technology based on the volume elongational rheology. The mechanism and structure of vane plasticating and conveying process method based on the volume elongational deformation have been discussed as well as the whole plasticating and conveying process. The technology characteristics and advantages and the blend characteristics of vane extruder are also discussed in this paper from the fields of processing different material systems, especially for the multiphase and multicomponent composite materials~ polymer/biomass composites, polymer/inorganic nanoparticles composites, etc. The results show that compared to the conventional screw processing technology, the new technology and equipment shows many outstanding advantages, such as wider adaptability of materials, shorter thermo-mechanical history of the plastics processing, better mixing effects, higher quality of the products, etc.
