英文摘要：

Standard system construction and technology realization strategy for the Internet of Things （lOT） should refer to the ubiquitous network framework, but also should draw on the successful pattern of EPC system. The concept of IOT is discriminated, the basic components, standard system and technology framework of EPC system is analyzed. By comparison and analysis of EPC system, sensor networks and ubiquitous sensor network （USN）, the standard and technology system of IOT is investigated, the suggestion of research and development are proposed. IOT should be investigated from the strategy and application point of view, the research contributes to the implementation of China IOT.
