采用Gleeble-2000热/力模拟试验机研究了FTSR薄板坯连铸连轧工艺轧制含Nb钢的铁素体相变行为。考虑热力学平衡温度、相变前奥氏体晶粒尺寸、冷却速度以及固溶Nb含量的影响,建立了热变形条件下奥氏体向铁素体相变实际转变温度(Ar3)模型,并与实测结果比较,两者吻合较好。
Ferrite transformation behavior of Nb bearing steel on Flexible Thin Slab Rolling (FTSR) was investigated on the Gleeble--2000 tbermomecbanical simulator. Taking the thermodynamic equilibrium temperature, austenite grain size before transformation,cooling rate and Nb solution into account, the modelling of Ara has been regressed. The Ar3 given by the model has shown good agreements with the measured ones.
