针对现有产品设计中信息不全和无法满足并行设计渐进的动态需求问题,以传统逻辑论和信息论中的潜模型理论为基础,结合产品设计进程中变量、目标与约束等信息的扩张过程,提出了产品设计广义潜模型与狭义潜模型理论.采用复杂函数的多阶段分解法和置信度建序法,实现了传统函数的潜模型改造,将传统的面向单点的产品信息模型扩展为面向进程的过程模型,并提出了基于敏度分析的设计导向机制与潜模型的有效推理运行机制,为该理论的实际应用奠定了基础.最后,以挖掘机设计目标为例,进行了函数改造说明.
To solve the problem that current product model with redundant design knowledge can't satisfy the concurrent design's gradual and dynamic requirement, the theory of products' general and limited design potential model was proposed based on the traditional logic and potential model theories and combined with the information expanding process of the complex products' parameters, objects and constraints. The traditional functions were reconstructed by using the complex functions' multistage decomposition and confidence sequencing methods. The single product information model was extended to a process one with design guide and reasoning performance based on sensitivity analysis, thereby this theory's application foundation was laid. Finally, an application example of excavator design was proposed to illuminate the reconstruction of traditional functions.
