英文摘要：
This paper mainly expounded on many causes for grassland desertification in Ruoergai Plateau by using the method of romote sensing and field trips. The results show that grassland desertification develops as a result of the comprehensive effects of the environment and human activities. The grassland desertification has become a serious eco-environment problem in Ruoergai Plateau upstream of Huanghe River, thus demanding control measures against grassland desertification.
