以矿粉为胶凝材料,水玻璃、NaOH和水的混合液为激发剂制备直径为50 mm,厚度分别为25、35、50 mm的碱矿渣混凝土动态冲击性能试件,采用直径为准50的直锥变截面分离式霍普金森压杆对其进行动态冲击压缩性能试验,结果表明:碱矿渣混凝土属于应变率敏感性材料,随着应变率的提高,动态冲击强度增大;应变率相同,峰值应力随试件厚度增厚而增大;动态冲击荷载作用下的强度较静态荷载下的强度明显提高,材料的应变率敏感阀值为37.3 s-1;材料的峰值韧度随应变率增大而提高,表现出较好的能量吸收特性。
Take slag as cementitious materials,water glass,Na OH and water mixture as activator to prepare alkali-activated slag concrete(AASC) dynamic impact properties,and their diameter is about 50 mm,thickness is respectively about 25,35 and 50 mm.Dynamic compressive tests were done with a diameter of 50 straight cone variable cross-section split Hopkinson pressure bar,the results show that the dynamic impact properties of AASC belongs to strain rate sensitive material,the dynamic impact strength increase with the increasing of the strain rate;the peak stress increases with the increase of specimen thickness at the same strain rate.Under dynamic compressive condition the impact strength is significantly increased than static loading strength,and the strain rate sensitivity is 37.3 s-1;peak toughness increased with the increase of strain rate,exhibit good energy absorption properties.
