目的探讨电针对不同机能状态家兔心律失常的影响。方法通过20、25、30μg/kg种不同剂量的乌头碱.将59只家兔诱发出不同程度的心律失常,以心律失常开始时间和持续时间为指标.对比观察电针对不同机能状态家兔心律失常影响的差异。结果3种剂量的乌头碱能诱发出家兔3种不同程度的心律失常,三者间差异具有统计学意义;电针对20μg/k乌头碱诱发的家兔心律失常的减缓作用明显优于30μg/kg组。结论针刺效应与机体异常状态的程度有关,在本实验中。针刺对抗中等程度的家兔心律失常效果最好。
Objective To explore the effects of electroacupuncture on arrhythmia of model rabbits in different functional states. Methods 59 models rabbits with different degree arrhythmia were induced by intravenous injection of 20 μg/kg, 25 Izg/kg or 30 μg/kg adrenalin, and the onset time and the duration time of arrbythmia were observed. Results Different degree of arrhythmia could be induced by different doses of aconitine, and there were significant differences among them. The anti-arrhythmia effect of electroacupuncture in 25 μg/kg dose group was better than that of 30 μg/kg dose group. Conclusion Acupuncture effect is related with the degree of abnormal state of human body, and electroacupuncture has the best anti-arrhythmia effect on rabbits with middle degree arrhythmia in this experiment.
