采用草酸盐共沉淀法在700~1000℃下制备出了CaTiO3:Pr^3+红色长余辉发光材料;用同步热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和荧光分光光度计对产物进行了测试分析;就煅烧温度对产物的发光特性的影响进行了讨论;结果表明,煅烧温度为900℃时草酸盐共沉淀法制备的CaTiO3:Pr^3+红色长余辉发光材料的发光性能最好。
The long red color afterglow phosphors, CaTiO3:Pr^3+ synthesized by the oxalate-co-precipitation method at 700-1000℃, are tested by the TG-DSC,XRD,TEM and luminescent of phosphor. The effects of different sintering temperatures on luminescent performance are analyzed. Photoluminescence and decay curves show that the sample obtained at the sintering'temperature of 900℃ exhibited the optimal luminous property.
