Applying the information ecology environment theory, this article firstly expounds the concept of government information ecology environment, and then probes the constitution and development state of Chinese government information ecology environment. After that, this article analyses the problems and causes in Chinese government information ecology environment. In the end, this article gives the suggestions and measures to cultivate a government information environment at present in China.
