轧机在出现异常振动时,除了确定的零部件的故障外,也可能是由整机的振动传递所引起,为了对故障的寻因定位,提出了基于相位传播特性的方法,该方法先对振动信号进行自适应消噪处理,再利用希尔伯特变换提取相位,然后进行平滑处理从而根据相位的传播特性实现故障定位.最后通过对轧机传动系统故障诊断的实例分析验证了定位方法的有效性.
Abnormal vibration of rolling mill is probably caused by the fault of certain parts or the vibration transmission in whole machine. In this paper, a fault location method based on phase propagation characteristics was proposed. In this method, the adaptive de-noise processing was conducted for vibration signal;then using Hilbert transform, the phase in the signal was extracted, smooth processing was carried out and the fault location was realized according to the phase propagation characteristics. Finally, an example of fault diagnosis for a rolling mill transmission system was analyzed, and the efficiency of this method was verified.
