“中国制造2025”将世界的目光再次聚焦于中国制造业,提高制造业国际竞争力意义重大。笔者从影响制造业国际竞争力因素的视角,利用信息熵分析了1997--2012年制造业能源消费结构演变特点,并在探析制造业工资上涨趋势的基础上,选取显性对比优度指数分析制造业国际竞争力的时序水平,然后构建VAR模型检验了制造业能源消费、工资上涨及其国际竞争力之间的协整性,分析了广义脉冲响应及预测方差分解,对变量间的均衡关系和动态性进行实证研究。研究结果表明:逐步提高以电力能源为代表的清洁能源消费比重,控制煤炭等高污染能源消费有助于提升制造业国际竞争力,而适时提高劳动力工资水平对制造业国际竞争力也可发挥正向作用,但后期各项调整举措必须循序渐进,走具有中国特色的制造业可持续发展道路。
The development of China's manufacturing industry has been attracted the attention of the world since " Made in China 2025" was put forward, so it is meaningful to improve the manufacturing industry's international competitiveness. The influence factor of international competitiveness of manufacturing was chosen as the research angle of view, and the energy consumption in manufacturing structure evolution characteristics were analyzed based on information entropy from 1997 to 2013, and then the trend of the rising wages in manufacturing and the manufacturing industry's international competitiveness were analyzed by the dominant comparative index. Finally, the co-integration relationships between energy consumption, higher wages and international competitiveness were tested based on the VAR model, and the equilibrium relation- ships and dynamic were also studied by the generalized impulse response and variance decomposition. Results show that gradually increasing the proportion of clean energy consumption represented by electric energy and controlling high polluting energy consumption help to improve the manufacturing industry's international com- petitiveness. Meanwhile, raising wages is conducive to the international competitiveness of manufacturing. But all the measures of the implementation of the process must be gradual and a manufacturing industry sustainable development road with Chinese characteristics should be explored.
