介绍了以MapInfo为开发平台、Visual Basic6.0为开发工具的煤矿顶板管理与控制专家系统的设计与实现.首先,结合煤矿对顶板管理与控制的实际需要,进行需求分析和可行性分析;其次,介绍了系统结构、数据库设计、软件开发方案和系统功能设计;最后,根据系统设计介绍了系统功能的实现过程.系统以工作面和巷道围岩矿压观测为基础,借助专家系统思想,分析矿压显现规律,最终确定工作面和巷道的支护方式及相应的支护参数,为确定工作面和巷道顶板控制方法提供科学依据.
This paper shows the design and realization of expert system of coal mine roof control and management by MapInfo and Visual Basic 6.0. First, requirement and feasibility analysis are carried out on the basis of the demand of roof control and management from coal mine. Then, this paper introduces system structure, database design, software development project and system function design. In the end, the realization process of system function is introduced according to system design. Mineral pressure observation of coal face and tunnel surrounding rock is the foundation of the system. The software analyses regularity of mineral pressure appearing by means of expert system thought, and finally determines the support method of coal face and tunnel as well as the corresponding support parameters. A scientific basis for the roof control method of coal face and tunnel is provided.
