TMB-5是一种有机酰胺类β成核剂.通过偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、广角X射线衍射仪和万能拉伸机等手段研究了不同含量TMB-5对等规聚丙烯(iPP)注塑制件沿厚度方向的结晶形态结构及制品的力学性能的影响.结果表明,TMB-5质量分数为0.1%时,冲击强度提高幅度较大,进一步提高成核剂含量,冲击强度逐渐降低;与之相对应的是,拉伸强度呈现先降低后增加的趋势.β成核剂对iPP的晶体形态和结构影响较大,且注塑制件自皮层到芯层的晶体结构存在一定差异.
TMB-5 was an organic aromatic amide β-nucleating agent.Effects of TMB-5 at different contents on the crystallization morphology and structure of injection molded iPP (isotactic polypropylene) specimen,as well as the mechanical properties were conducted by polarizing microscope,differential scanning calorimetry,wide angle X-ray diffraction and universal tensile machine.The results showed when TMB-5 content was at 0.1%,the impact strength was enhanced relatively,and then decreased gradually.The tensile strength was decreased and then increased.β-nucleating agent changed iPP crystal morphology and structure obviously,and it also influenced the iPP crystal structure from skin to core layer.
