水基系统作为一个系统,在研究地区健康状态时更具全面性、科学性和系统性。为研究富锦市的地区健康状况,构建基于水基系统的富锦市健康评价指标体系,采用Topsis模型从稳定态、和谐度、演进率3方面分析了富锦市水基系统在2005～2009年的健康状态。综合评价结果表明,富锦市水基系统处于较健康状态,主要原因是富锦市水量相对较少,从而导致稳定态较低。
英文摘要：
The water-based system is comprehensive,scientific and systematic in the study of area health state.The health evaluation index system of water-based system for Fujin is established,and the Topsis model is applied to analyze the health status of water-based system for Fujin from the steady state,harmonious degree and the evaluation rate during 2005 to 2009.The result shows that the water-based system of Fujin has a medium health status,the main influencing factors is that water in Fujin is relatively less,which leads the low attribute of stability.
