为了掌握拉萨市居住建筑室内热环境状况,本文分别对拉萨市乡村住宅建筑和城市住宅建筑室内、外空气温湿度,太阳辐射强度和室内风速进行了测试,并以问卷调查方式对冬季室内人员的活动量及衣着情况进行了调查分析。针对测试数据及调查情况,利用标准有效温度SET与不舒适性指标DISC对建筑室内热环境进行了评价分析。结果表明,拉萨地区利用被动太阳能技术基本可以解决冬季热舒适问题;鉴于南北向房间得失热量比率不同,建议在建筑节能设计中采用非平衡保温原则;该地区应加大建筑室内湿环境的改善,以满足人们对热湿环境的更大需求。本文研究结论为该地区室内热湿环境的改善和节能设计提供了依据。
In this paper,in order to obtain the indoor thermal environment status of residential buildings in Lhasa in winter,the parameters of solar radiation intensity,indoor air velocity,indoor and outdoor air temperature and relative humidity of rural and urban residential buildings were measured.Meanwhile,residents' clothing and activity level were investigated by questionnaire.According to test data and survey results,indoor thermal environment was evaluated by the standard effective temperature SET and discomfortable index DISC.The results demonstrated that indoor thermal environment in Lhasa in winter could be satisfied with the passive solar energy house.In view of the difference of heat gain and heat loss of north and south rooms,the principle of non-balanced heat preservation was suggested to be used in building energy-saving design in Lhasa.Furthermore,indoor wet environment should be improved to meet the need of indoor thermal comfort.
