针对路径依赖使企业升级转型锁定于原有模式的现象,从员工知识锁定的视角,运用博弈方法,构建了企业升级转型过程中主体决策行为的演化博弈模型。通过分析其均衡点的稳定性,验证了企业主体决策行为的知识路径依赖性,提出了包括提高升级转型的初始决策概率、额外收益及降低成本等破解知识路径依赖的策略,并结合某省煤地勘探院的业务转型案例,验证了上述模型及策略的合理性。
Focusing on the phenomenon that route dependence keeps upgrading and transformation of enterprises being locked up in the o-riginal model, from the perspective of knowledge locking of employees, this paper built a model of the decision-making behavior in the upgrading and transformation process of enterprises based on the Evolutionary-Game Theory. The analysis of the stability of the equilibri-um verified the existence of route dependence in knowledge of the decision-making behavior. Some methods were proposed afterwards to break the route dependence, including increasing the initial decision probability and extra income and reducing the cost involved. At last, the rationality of the proposed model and methods was proved by a case of the business transformation of a provincial coal exploration insti-tute.
