汽车驱动防滑控制系统(ASR)是重要的主动安全系统,其控制需要调节发动机输出转矩。采用安装电子节气门来调节转矩的ASR系统方案,首先设计了电子节气门控制系统(ETC)的ECU软硬件,并在安装电子节气门体的台架上测试了所开发控制系统的功能。将开发的ETC系统应用于ASR控制,搭建试验台进行了硬件在环测试。试验结果表明:开发的ETC系统实现了ASR要求的开度调节,达到了ASR的控制目的。主要创新点:设计了通过ECU间通信实现ASR控制的系统方案及满足ASR控制需求的ETC系统ECU软硬件,实现了ASR控制功能。
Vehicular Acceleration Slip Regulation System(ASR) is an important active safety control system. It needs to regulate the output torque of engine. The torque is regulated by the electronic throttle system. So the hardware and software of ECU of Electronic Throttle Control System (ETC) is designed first. The regulating function of the ECU is tested on the bench that fixing an electronic throttle. The developed ETC system is used in the Acceleration Slip Regulation System (ASR), and the hardware - in - the - loop tests are carried out. The test results indicate; the developed ETC system can actualize the open degree regulation of the throttle and the control of ASR is realized.
