介绍冠醚的发现、结构以及命名,从生物离子通道对离子的选择性机制出发探讨冠醚对离子的选择性机制,分析了影响冠醚对离子选择性配位过程中的“主-客”体相互作用以及离子溶剂化相互作用,探讨了分子模拟技术在研究冠醚的离子响应机制中的作用和地位,在此基础上总结了冠醚在分离领域的应用.
The findings, structures and naming of crown ethers were described, and the ion recognition mechanism of crown ethers from the ion selectivity mechanism of ionic channel was analyzed with the em- phasis on "host-guest" interaction and ionic solvation in the ion recognition process of crown ethers. The function and the role of molecular simulation in studying the ion recognition mechanism of crown ethers were also introduced, and the applications of crown ethers in separation field were summurized.
