将镁锂合金浸渍于高温的苯溶液中,使其发生反应并在基体上形成碳化物膜层,采用SEM、XRD等分析了膜层的组织和结构,利用失重法、析氢法和盐雾腐蚀等研究了膜层的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明,利用苯作为浸渍液时,合金表面生成的碳化物涂层比较稳定,不易被腐蚀,使镁锂合金的耐腐蚀性能明显提高.
Carbide surface film for Mg-Li alloy was prepared through the reaction between Mg-Li alloy and benzene at high-temperature. The microstructure of the film was measured with SEM and XRD. The properties of corrosion resistance were also analyzed by weight-loss method, hydrogen evolution experiment and salt spray corrosion. The results show that, through dipping the Mg-Li alloy into benzene, the carbide coating of alloy is stable and has good property of corrosion resistance.
