目的探索认知行为团体治疗联合药物治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）的临床疗效。方法将65例ADHD患儿分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用认知行为治疗联合利他林治疗,对照组用利他林治疗。于治疗前后采用数字划销测验（NCT）和Conners父母问卷（PSQ）进行评估。结果治疗4、8、12周,两组数字划消注意力测验和Conners父母评价量表各项评分均较治疗前有明显好转,差异均有统计学意义（均〈0.05）;治疗12周,实验组和对照组数字划消注意力测验和Conners父母评价量表各项评分差异亦均有统计学意义（均〈0.05）。结论药物联合认知行为疗法对ADHD远期疗效比单用药物更理想、更稳定、更持久,值得临床推广。
英文摘要：
Objective To explore the treatment effect of cognitive behavior training combined with medications on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD） in children.Methods Sixty-five ADHD children,all subtypes,aged 7 to 15 years,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experiment group was treated with cognitive behavior training combined with ritalin,while the control group with ritalin.Number Cancel Test and Conners Parents symptom questionnaire（PSQ） were used to evaluate before and after treatment.Results Four,eight and twelve weeks after treatment,the results of Number Cancel Test and PSQ were better than before in both groups（ 0.05）.Twelve weeks after treatment,scores of Number Cancel Test and PSQ were statistically different between the two groups（ 0.05）.Conclusions It is worth clinical promotion to apply cognitive behavior treatment combined with medications,for it can acquire more ideal,stable and lasting effect.
