为满足直流分布式系统间的能量调度需求,提出了一种新颖的双向DC/DC变换器——串联谐振型双重有源全桥变换器。通过对激励谐振、自由谐振和零自由谐振3种模式的分析.详细介绍了以高频谐振电流为基础传递能量的谐振变换器的工作原理。能量的双向传输是通过控制谐振电流来实现的。以不同母线间的电压差作为能量流动方向的判断依据。给出了基于谐振槽瞬时能量控制的双闭环控制方案。实验验证了串联谐振型双重有源全桥变换器工作原理分析的正确性.同时也验证了所提出的直流分布式母线间能量双向流动控制方案的可行性。研究结果表明,该变换器可双向传输能量,所有开关工作于定频、定宽状态,全程可实现零电流开关.能量传输效率高。
To meet the need of energy dispatch among distributed DC systems,a bidirectional DC/DC converter,the series resonant dual active full-bridge converter,is presented. The powering resonant mode, free resonant mode and zero-free resonant mode are analyzed,and the operating principle of the resonant converter based on high-frequency resonant current is introduced. The bidirectional power flow is actually realized by controlling the resonant current. A dual close-loop control strategy based on the instantaneous energy control of resonant tank is given where the power flow direction is determined by the voltage difference between the distributed DC buses. The correctness of the working principle analysis and the feasibility of the control strategy are proved by the experiments. The study shows that, the bidirectional power flow is realized,the switch operates in constant-frequency and constant-width,ZCS is implemented within load range and the energy conversion efficiency is high.
