文章以《医门法律》中体现归经组方特点的方剂为基础,从遣药、组方等方面,剖析喻昌组方配伍之归经特点,以期为临床运用归经组方之参佐。在《医门法律》中对归经理论的应用主要体现在二个方面：医理阐述、指导选药组方,分析方剂组方配伍及治疗大法。喻昌重视脏腑经络理论,较常运用脏腑辨证,故而以脏腑辨证为依据在辨证治疗选药组方时亦体现出以药物归经分脏腑治疗的特点,与其＂凡治病,不明脏腑经络,开口动手便错＂的理论倾向相一致。

英文摘要：

In order to provide clinical application references of channel tropism prescription,this paper analyzed the prescription features of channel tropism by YU Chang from the aspect of prescription and on the basis of prescriptions in Medical Laws that has channel tropism characters. The application of channel tropism theory in Medical Laws is mainly illustrated by the following aspects： medical elaboration with guiding prescriptions and analysis prescription formulation and compatibility with treatment. YU Chang put a high value on Zangfu-meridians theory and always used Zangfu-discrimination,therefore the prescription in syndrome differentiation reflects the character of using channel tropism to Zangfu treatment which is accordance with the theory that if unknown viscera and channels,it is wrong for all clinical practices.
