利用可控的电子束辐照减薄,成功地在电子显微镜内原位制备出石墨烯。由于从单张高分辨像上难以分辨单个碳原子,本文采集了系列离焦的高分辨像并进行波函数重构,最终获得了清晰的单个碳原子像。系列像的重构是利用自主开发的REW软件实现的,本文介绍如何利用REW的像模拟功能确定系列像的成像条件。
By means of the electron beam irradiation-induced layer-by-layer sputtering,graphene monolayers were successfully prepared inside the transmission electron microscope (TEM).It is difficult to directly and clearly resolve single carbon atoms from the pristine aberration-corrected high resolution TEM (HRTEM) images,due to the relative lower signal-to-noise ratio.Therefore,the exit-wave reconstruction method was employed for the through-focal image series.A hexagonal lattice of carbon atoms could be unambiguously resolved from the reconstructed phase image.The image processing,including the HRTEM simulation and HRTEM image reconstruction,are performed using a self-developed software of REW.
