借助X射线衍射仪对所制备固化体的相关系、Sr2+的固溶度进行研究,并对样品的XRD衍射数据进行了结构精修。结果表明:当SrO含量为0%~2%(按质量计,下同)时,固化体以Al2O3、TiC、C、TiO2和AlN相存在;SrO含量为3%~8%时,固化体以Al2O3、TiC、C、TiO2、AlN和Al2TiO5相存在,并在2θ=7.7°、15.6°、19.8°和24.1°位置发现有未知物相衍射峰出现,其峰线强度随SrO量的增加而增强。燃烧产物中Al2O3的晶胞参数a、b和c发生了10-3nm量级变化,V发生了10-3nm3量级变化,α、β和γ发生了10-3~10-1°量级变化,总体表现出随SrO添加量增加,a、b、c和V递增的趋势。产物中TiC的晶胞参数a、b和c发生了10-3nm量级变化,V发生了10-4~10-3nm3量级变化,α、β和γ未出现变化。
The solubility of SrO and the relationship of phases in the waste forms were analyzed by the help of X-ray diffraction(XRD) instrument.Moreover,the crystal cell parameters were calculated by structural refinement method.The results indicate that the waste forms exist as Al2O3,TiC,C,TiO2 and AlN phase when the contents of SrO range from 0%to 2%,and being as Al2O3,TiC,C,TiO2,AlN and Al2TiO5 phase.Unidentified peaks appear in XRD curves ranging from 7.7°to 24.1°(2θ) when the contents of SrO vary from 0% to 2%.Crystal cell parameters a,b and c in Al2O3 crystal lattices change from 10-4 °to 10-3 °nm magnitude,the value of Vvaries from 10-4 ~10-3 nm 3 magnitude,and α 、 β and γ change from 10-3 "to 10-1".The values of a,b,c and Vincreases with the increasing of SrO.The crystal cell parameters a,b,c of TiC in combustion products vary from 10-4 to 10-3 nm magnitude,and the volume of crystal cell changes from 10-4 ~10-3 nm 3 magnitude,and α 、 β and γ are not found changes.
