It is a basic important question that how to cognitive and process the negation of fuzzy information in the field of the research of fuzzy information. A new fuzzy set FScom which has three kinds of negation, that is opposite negation, medium negation and contradictory negation was given by Pan Zheng--hua. This paper puts forward the axiomatic definitions of distance measure and similarity measure of Fuzzy set FScom, researches the relation between distance measure and similarity measure, gives calculation formulas of them, and also an example is given to discuss how to use the distance measure and similarity measure of Fuzzy set FScom to solve practical problem.
