化石能源的日趋枯竭和环境危机的日趋严重使能源利用模式变革迫在眉睫,能源互联网为解决这一问题提供了新思路。从能源环境现状出发,首先介绍了能源互联网的概念、特征,分析了其利益相关者;然后从经济、能源、环境、社会和工程5个角度建立了智能电网创新示范区能源互联网评价指标体系;其次,借鉴解释结构模型和层次分析法的思路给出了能源互联网综合评估方法;最后,通过算例验证了该指标体系的完善性和评价方法的有效性,对能源互联网的规划建设提供评估方案和指导。
The gradual depletion of fossil energy and increasingly serious environmental crisis lead to the energy utilization mode involution and the energy internet provides a new way to solve this problem. Firstly, from the present conditions of energy and environment, the concept, characteristics and stakeholders of the energy internet are analyzed, and the evaluation index system of smart grid innovation demonstration area energy internet is established from the aspects of economy, energy, environment, society and engineering. Secondly, it proposes the comprehensive evaluation method of energy interrtet reference to the interpretative structural modeling and the analytic hierarchy process. At last, the rationality of index system and the effectiveness of method are verified by the numerical examples. The model proposed in this paper will provide assessment scheme and guide strategy for the planning and construction of the energy internet.
