采用绿色合成方法,在不需外加还原剂的条件下一步原位合成了磺化硫杂杯[4]芳烃修饰的纳米金,所制备的纳米金在水溶液中分散性好,粒径比较均一,尺寸分布在(8±1)nm范围内.将制得的纳米金应用于金属离子的比色检测,结果表明,由于Cr3+与纳米金表面的配体具有强的配位作用,因而该纳米金能够选择性识别Cr3+,在去离子水样和实际水样中其检出限分别为1和2.5μmol/L.可见,采用磺化硫杂杯[4]芳烃修饰的纳米金可实现对水溶液中Cr3+的快速检测.
Thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate modified gold nanoparticles were used as colorimetric probes for heavy metal ions detection,which were synthesized by one step without external reducing agent.Those Au NPs are highly dispersed and uniform in aqueous solution,with an average diameter(8±1) nm.The research indicates that thiacalix[4]arene tetrasulfonate modified Au NPs are capable of detecting Cr3+ with high selectivity,owing to the coordination between Cr3+ and the ligand.The colorimetric detection limit is 1 μmol/L.Moreover,those probes can be applied in the detection of Cr3+ in drinking water,with a detection limit of 2.5 μmol/L.The modified Au NPs could be utilized as colorimetric probes for rapid qualitative analysis of Cr3+.
