针对产品在复杂工况环境下的适应性问题,提出一种产品适应性设计方法.构建了基于时序历程事件、生产环境因子、自然环境因子等多元因素的环境剖面基因模型;根据环境剖面基因模型,运用主链基因的缺失、新增和重组以及分支链基因的缺失、新增等5种基因演化形式对其进行产品环境剖面差序基因模型运算,以设计波动量为标准选取设计母版.以母版结构为基础,结合液压机产品/零件环境—功能—载体等设计方案知识库对其结构进行适应性设计,使新产品更有效地适应运行环境.通过某液压机液压系统复杂工况驱动的适应性设计应用实例,验证了所提方法的可行性.
According to the adaptive problems of the products in the complex environment,an adaptable design method was proposed.The product environmental profile gene model was constructed based on sequential process events,production environmental factors and natural environmental factors.The environmental profile difference gene model was calculated by 5 kinds of genetic evolution forms such as the loss,increase,recombination of the key chain gene and the loss,increase of the branch chain gene.The design master was selected by comparing with the design fluctuations.The new product structure was adaptively designed according to the expert system of hydraulic press products/parts environment-function-carrier knowledge,which made the new products more effectively adapt to the complex condition.The feasibility of proposed method was proved by the application of a hydraulic machine hydraulic system design process.
